Options and restricted stock units to purchase or receive 60,982 and 48,490 shares for the nine month period ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, respectively, have been excluded from the calculation of diluted weighted average of common and common equivalent shares as such options and restricted stock units would be anti-dilutive.
