During the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, we allocated a portion of the Public Cloud goodwill to the disposal group classified as held for sale. During the first nine months of fiscal 2025, we retired approximately $25 million of fully amortized intangible assets. During the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, we also reclassified certain intangible assets as held for sale.
