SUBSEQUENT EVENT	NOTE K. SUBSEQUENT EVENT On December 1, 2017, we acquired Outward, Inc., a 3-D imaging and augmented reality platform for the home furnishings and décor industry, for all cash consideration of $112,000,000. Outward is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Results of operations for Outward will be included in our consolidated financial statements from the date of acquisition.
