Subsequent Events	18. Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated subsequent events that occurred through the date of the filing of the Company’s fiscal year 2017 Form 10-K. No significant events occurred, other than disclosed below, subsequent to the balance sheet date and prior to the filing date of this report that would have a material impact on the Consolidated Financial Statements. On September 1, 2017, the Company completed the acquisition of True-Tech Corporation for a cash payment of $95.9 million.  True-Tech Corporation is a manufacturer specializing in aerospace, semiconductor and medical machined components. for customers in the EMS segment.  The final purchase price is subject to adjustment based on conditions within the asset purchase agreement and is expected to be final during the first quarter of fiscal year 2018.
