SHARE REPURCHASE PLAN	SHARE REPURCHASE PLAN During fiscal year 2025, the Company repurchased approximately 38.5 million shares for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $1.3 billion and retired 32.9 million of these shares. Under the Company’s current share repurchase program, the Board of Directors authorized repurchases of its outstanding ordinary shares for up to $1.7 billion in accordance with the share repurchase mandate approved by the Company’s shareholders at the date of the most recent Annual General Meeting held on August 8, 2024. As of March 31, 2025, shares in the aggregate amount of $1.0 billion were available to be repurchased under the current plan.
