TRADE RECEIVABLES SALES PROGRAMS TRADE RECEIVABLES SALES PROGRAMSThe Company sells accounts receivables to certain third-party banking institutions under factoring programs. The outstanding balance of receivables sold and not yet collected on accounts where the Company has continuing involvement was approximately $0.7 billion as of June 27, 2025 and March 31, 2025, respectively. For the three-month periods ended June 27, 2025 and June 28, 2024, total accounts receivable sold to certain third-party banking institutions was approximately $0.9 billion and $1.1 billion, respectively. The receivables that were sold were removed from the condensed consolidated balance sheets and the cash received was included as cash provided by operating activities in the condensed consolidated statements of cash flows.
