Accounting Standards Update and Change in Accounting Principle [Abstract]
Recent Accounting Pronouncements Recent Accounting Pronouncements In September 2022, the Financial Accounting Standards Board issued Accounting Standards Update (“ASU”) 2022-04, Liabilities—Supplier Finance Programs (Subtopic 405-50): Disclosure of Supplier Finance Program Obligations. This ASU requires entities that use supplier finance programs in connection with the purchase of goods and services to disclose key terms of the programs and information about the obligations that are outstanding at the end of the reporting period. This disclosure requirement is intended to provide information about an entity’s use of supplier finance programs and their effect on the entity’s working capital, liquidity and cash flows. The ASU is effective for all entities for fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2022, including interim periods within those fiscal years, except for the rollforward requirement, which is effective for fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2023. The Company adopted the standard during the first quarter of 2023 with the exception of the rollforward requirement, which will be adopted during the first quarter of 2024. The adoption of the standard only resulted in new disclosures for amounts presented within Accounts payable - inventory financing and did not affect the Company’s recognition, measurement or financial statement presentation of supplier finance program obligations on the Consolidated Financial Statements. For additional information on the new disclosures, see Note 4 (Inventory Financing Agreements).
