Principally all of the Company’s goodwill as of December 31, 2020 and 2019 was associated with its DIS business.

For the year ended December 31, 2020, goodwill acquired during the period was principally associated with the acquisitions of Blueprint Genetics, Memorial Hermann and MACL (see Note 6). For the year ended December 31, 2020, adjustments to goodwill related to foreign currency translation.

For the year ended December 31, 2019, goodwill acquired during the period was principally associated with the acquisition of certain assets of the clinical laboratory services business of Boyce & Bynum and adjustments to goodwill primarily related to the finalization of the purchase price allocation for Oxford (see Note 6).
