SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 27, 2024, we entered into a definitive agreement to sell our AdvancedMD business for consideration of $1.125 billion consisting of (i) $1 billion payable at closing and subject to certain closing adjustments, and (ii) up to $125 million contingent upon the purchaser achieving certain specified returns. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024, subject to the receipt of required regulatory clearance and other customary closing conditions.
