Subsequent Events	11. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Events that have occurred subsequent to April 30, 2011 have been evaluated through the filing date of this Annual Report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission. On June 3, 2011, the Company announced that they signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire 22 convenience stores from Kum & Go. The acquisition is subject to certain regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. The transaction is expected to close in July 2011.
