Subsequent Events	11.SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Events that have occurred subsequent to April 30, 2013 have been evaluated through the filing date of this Annual Report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission. On June 17, 2013, the Company issued $150,000 principal amount of Series A 3.67% Senior Notes due 2028. On December 17, 2013, the Company will issue an additional $50,000 principal amount of Series B 3.75% Senior Notes due 2028. The Company also cancelled the $25,000 Promissory Note that is part of its line of credit on June 17, 2013, leaving an aggregate line of credit of $100,000. Further information is set forth in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Company on June 18, 2013.
