Related Party Transactions	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS We enter into various transactions with related parties in the normal course of business. During the three and nine months ended April 30, 2018 and 2019, we did not have any material related party transactions. In connection with the acquisition of PernixData in the first quarter of fiscal 2017, entities affiliated with Lightspeed Venture Partners, which owned approximately 36.7% of our outstanding Convertible Preferred Stock as of July 31, 2016, owned approximately 26.4% of the outstanding capital stock of PernixData immediately prior to the completion of the PernixData acquisition. One member of our Board is affiliated with Lightspeed Venture Partners. As of April 30, 2019, entities affiliated with Lightspeed Venture Partners owned approximately 6.3% of our total outstanding Class A and Class B common stock.
