SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Stock Repurchase Program From the end of the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024 through December 13, 2024, Ciena repurchased 540,521 shares of its common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $38.3 million at an average price of $70.82 per share, inclusive of repurchases pending settlement under its current stock repurchase program. As of December 13, 2024, Ciena has an aggregate of $961.7 million of authorized funds remaining under this repurchase program.
