SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Stock Repurchase Program From the end of the first quarter of fiscal 2025 through March 7, 2025, Ciena repurchased 382,834 shares of its common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $31.7 million at an average price of $82.75 per share, inclusive of repurchases pending settlement under its current stock repurchase program. As of March 7, 2025, Ciena has an aggregate of $889.1 million of authorized funds remaining under this repurchase program.
