Other Income And Charges	OTHER INCOME AND CHARGES During the first quarter of fiscal 2017, we recorded $16 million of legal cost related to a 1995 plant closure of an apparel manufacturing facility operated by a former subsidiary of The Hillshire Brands Company, which was acquired by us in fiscal 2014, $1 million in net foreign currency exchange losses and $3 million of equity earnings in joint ventures, which were recorded in the Consolidated Condensed Statements of Income in Other, net. During the first quarter of fiscal 2016, we recorded $1 million in net foreign currency exchange losses and $2 million of equity earnings in joint ventures, which were recorded in the Consolidated Condensed Statements of Income in Other, net.
