Other Income And Charges	OTHER INCOME AND CHARGES During the first quarter of fiscal 2018, we recorded $3 million of equity earnings in joint ventures and $3 million in net foreign currency exchange losses, which were recorded in the Consolidated Condensed Statements of Income in Other, net. During the first quarter of fiscal 2017, we recorded $16 million of legal cost related to a 1995 plant closure of an apparel manufacturing facility operated by a former subsidiary of The Hillshire Brands Company, which we acquired in fiscal 2014, $3 million of equity earnings in joint ventures and $1 million in net foreign currency exchange losses, which were recorded in the Consolidated Condensed Statements of Income in Other, net.
