Related Party Transaction	Related Party Transaction On July 17, 2013, the Company entered into a purchase agreement (the "Purchase Agreement") with SP Aviation, LLC, an entity 50% owned by our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, the Company sold a Gulfstream G200 corporate aircraft to SP Aviation, LLC for $11.0 million, paid in cash, representing the Company's carrying value of the asset at the time of sale. The transaction was approved pursuant to the Company's Related Party Transaction Policy.
