KY1-1006, Cayman Islands has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on OPEN Business Club AG, Hamburg,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE000XNG8888, WKN: XNG888, have fallen below the 3%
limit of the Voting Rights on June 05, 2007 and now amount to 2.890% (this
corresponds to 150350 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 and No. 6 WpHG,
2.890% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 150350 voting rights) is
