We, Farringdon I hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the
WpHG, that on May 12th, 2008 our voting interest XING AG exceeded the
threshold of 3% and amounts to 3,62% [188,410 voting rights] on this day.
Farringdon Capital Management Switzerland SA (FCMS), Geneva, Switzerland,
has informed us on May 16 and corrected its notification on May 29, 2008 as
follows:
We, Farringdon Capital Management Switzerland SA (FCMS) hereby give notice,
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on May 12th, 2008 our voting
interest in XING AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounts to 3,62%
[188,410 voting rights] on this day. 3,62% of the voting rights [188,410
voting rights] are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
Voting rights are attributed to us by Farringdon I which holds directly 3%
or more of voting rights.
Farringdon Capital Management SA (FCML), Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of
Luxembourg has informed us on May 16 and corrected its notification on May

We, Farringdon Capital Management SA (FCML) hereby give notice, pursuant to
sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on May 12th, 2008 our voting interest in
XING AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounts to 3,62% [188,410 voting
rights] on this day. 3,62% of the voting rights [188,410 voting rights] are
attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the
WpHG.
Voting rights are attributed to us by Farringdon I which holds directly 3%
or more of voting rights.
