pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG:
1) FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda notify you pursuant to section 21 para. 1
WpHG the following:
On 21 July 2009 FIL Limited fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights in Xing AG, Hamburg, Germany. On that date, FIL Limited held 2.93%
of the voting rights in Xing AG arising from 154,725 voting rights.
All voting rights in Xing AG were attributed to FIL Limited pursuant to sec
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
2) FIL Investment Management Limited, Kent, England / UK notify you
pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG the following:
On 21 July 2009 FIL Investment Management Limited fell below the threshold
of 3% of the voting rights in Xing AG, Hamburg, Germany. On that date, FIL
Investment Management Limited held 2.93% of the voting rights in Xing AG
arising from 154,725 voting rights.
Of this amount , 0.07% (3,930 voting rights) is to be attributed pursuant
to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG and 2.86% (150,795 voting rights) is
to be attributed pursuant sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection
with sent. 2 WpHG.
3) FIL Investments International, Kent, England/ UK notify you pursuant
to section 21 para. 1 WpHG the following:
On 21 July 2009 FIL Investments International fell below the threshold of
3% of the voting rights in Xing AG, Hamburg, Germany. On that date, FIL
Investments International held 2.86% of the voting rights in Xing AG
arising from 150,795 voting rights.
All voting rights in Xing AG were attributed to FIL Investments
International pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
