XING  AG,  Hamburg, exceeded the threshold of 3 %. On that date, Cyrte
Investments GP I B.V. held 3.68% in relation to all voting rights in XING
AG (voting rights arising from 194,518 ordinary shares (Stammaktien); XING
AG has issued ordinary shares only).

sec. 21 (1) WpHG that on January 7, 2011,  the  stake of  Cyrte 
Investments  B.V., Naarden, The Netherlands, in the voting rights in XING
AG, Hamburg,  exceeded the threshold of 3%. On that date, Cyrte Investments
B.V. held 3.68% in relation to all voting rights in XING AG (voting rights
arising from 194,518 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)).
All such voting rights are attributed to Cyrte Investments B.V. via Cyrte
Investments GP I B.V. pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1 and no. 6
WpHG.
The controlled undertaking through which the voting rights are held is
Cyrte Investments GP I B.V.

Delta Lloyd N.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands, informed us pursuant   to
sec.  21 (1) WpHG that on January 7, 2011, the stake of  Delta   Lloyd 
N.V.,  Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in the voting rights  in   XING  AG, 
Hamburg,  exceeded  the threshold of 3%. On that date, Delta Lloyd N.V.
held 3.68% in relation to all voting rights in XING AG (voting rights
arising from 194,518 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)).
All such voting rights are attributed to Delta Lloyd N.V. via Cyrte  
Investments GP I B.V. pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1, no. 6 and
sent. 2 and 3 WpHG.
The chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are
