Hamburg, March 18, 2013 - Dr. Neil Sunderland, Chairman of the Supervisory
Board of XING AG (O1BC/ISINDE000XNG8888), has decided to step down as
Chairman of the Supervisory Board of his own accord effective at the end of
the company's Annual General Meeting on May 24, 2013. By resigning as
Chairman, Dr. Sunderland is also entirely stepping down as a member of the
supervisory body. He informed the company of this today. The nomination
committee of XING AG's Supervisory Board will convene on short notice to
decide on how the supervisory body will be organized in the future. The
company will submit an election proposal to the Annual General Meeting,
when the agenda is presented.
