that via shares its Voting Rights on XING AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 19, 2014 and on that
day amounted to 3.005% (this corresponds to 168,069 Voting Rights). 3.005%
of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 168,069 Voting Rights) are attributed
to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6
of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
On June 23, 2014, Schroder Investment Management North America, Ltd.,
London, United Kingdom, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on XING AG, Hamburg,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June
19, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.77% (this corresponds to 210,686
Voting Rights). 3.77% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 210,686 Voting
Rights) are attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
