Subsequent Events	17. Subsequent Events The Company has disclosed the following subsequent event in accordance with ASC 855, "Subsequent Events". Subsequent events have been evaluated through the filing date of this Form 10-Q. On April 5, 2012, PCA's application for a U.S. Treasury Section 1603 Grant for Specified Energy property was approved. The Company received the grant proceeds of $57.4 million on April 11, 2012.
