A summary of stock-based compensation expense and the related income tax benefits recognized is as follows:


^(a)	Fiscal 2018, Fiscal 2017, and Fiscal 2016 includes $2.8 million, $4.3 million, and $8.9 million, respectively, of accelerated stock-based compensation expense recorded within restructuring and other charges in the consolidated statements of operations (see Note 9). All other stock-based compensation expense was recorded within SG&A expenses.
