Restricted cash relates to cash held in escrow with certain banks as collateral, primarily to secure guarantees in connection with certain international tax matters and real estate leases.

Operating and finance lease ROU assets recorded in connection with the recognition of new lease liabilities were $263.6 million and $64.0 million, respectively, during the six months ended September 28, 2019.

Non-cash investing activities also included capital expenditures incurred but not yet paid of $55.3 million and $41.2 million for the six-month periods ended September 28, 2019 and September 29, 2018, respectively.

Non-cash financing activities included the conversion of 1.0 million shares of Class B common stock into an equal number of shares of Class A common stock during the six months ended September 28, 2019, as discussed in Note 15.

There were no other significant non-cash investing or financing activities for any of the fiscal periods presented.
