Subsequent Events	Subsequent EventsOn October 27, 2022, the Company entered into a four-year, non-cancelable Strategic Supply Agreement with one of the Company’s component suppliers. The agreement with the supplier provides committed delivery of components to the Company. The Company is obligated to purchase $10 million of component inventory annually, with a total commitment of $40 million within the four-year term.
