Defined Benefit Plans	Defined Benefit Plans As of June 30, 2014, the Company's liability related to its defined benefit plan for U.S. Sealy employees was $6.6 million. As of June 30, 2014, the defined benefit plan for employees of Sealy Canada, Ltd. was overfunded and not material. The net periodic pension cost for the three and six months ended June 30, 2014 and 2013 were not material.
