Major Customers	Major Customers The top five customers accounted for 41.0% and 34.4% of the Company’s net sales for the three months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively. The top five customers accounted for 39.0% and 32.9% of the Company's net sales for the six months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively. Net sales from one customer (Mattress Firm Holding Corp.) represented more than 10.0% of net sales for the three and six months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, which is represented in the North America segment. The top five customers also accounted for 39.6% and 32.0% of accounts receivable as of June 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014, respectively.
