Subsequent Events	22.         Subsequent Events ​ On October 16, 2020, the Company closed on the sale of its Power construction business to CriticalPoint Capital, LLC. Prior to the sale, the Power construction business was classified within discontinued operations. The Company has repurchased approximately 7.0 million shares for approximately $318.7 million since the beginning of fiscal year 2021.
