The promised yield of the preferred stock is guaranteed through the transaction. As of December 31, 2021, the Company has recognized derivative liabilities of ￦6,760 million related to the guarantee. Meanwhile, the Company is under an agreement with Samcheok Eco Materials Co., Ltd. that if a damage incurs related to the fulfillment of obligations pursuant to the mandatory contract of coal ash supply, compensation for the expected amount of the damage should be settled.
