 <p>On June 19, 2017, II-VI Incorporated (the &#8220;Company&#8221;) issued a press release announcing that it had acquired Integrated Photonics, Inc., located in Hillsborough, New Jersey. Integrated Photonics is a leader in engineered magneto-optic materials that enable high-performance directional components such as optical isolators for the optical communications market.
