Subsequent events	17.    Subsequent event In October 2019, we entered into an agreement with Wilmington Friends School Inc., to purchase property for $50.0 million to expand our global headquarters. Per the agreement, closing of the purchase is subject to certain standard closing conditions including an initial diligence period and a subsequent approval period.
