Subsequent Event	20. Subsequent Event Towards the end of December 2019, an outbreak of a novel strain of coronavirus (COVID-19) emerged globally. There have been mandates from federal, state and local authorities requiring forced closures of non-essential retailers, which could negatively impact the Company’s business. Although it is not possible to reliably estimate the length or severity of this outbreak and hence its financial impact, any significant reduction in customer visits to, and spending at, the Company’s stores caused by COVID-19 would result in a loss of sales and profits and other material adverse effects.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
