SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 1, 2012, our Board of Directors declared a special dividend of $5.00 per share of Common and Class B common stock and a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.62 per share of Common and Class B common stock that was paid on October 31, 2012 to shareholders of record as of October 15, 2012.
