SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	10. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 3, 2020, United Technologies Corporation completed the spin-off of Carrier Corporation into an independent, publicly traded company, now named Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR). On April 10, 2020, we increased the aggregate borrowing capacity of our unsecured syndicated multicurrency revolving credit agreement from $500,000 to $560,000.
