Common Stock Dividends
We paid cash dividends of $1.775 and $1.60
per share of both Common and Class B common stock during the quarters ended March 31, 2021 and 2020, respectively. 
Non-Vested
Restricted Stock
There were no shares of
non-vested
restricted stock that vested during the quarter ended March 31, 2021. During the quarter ended March 31, 2020,

 shares of Common and Class B common stock with an aggregate fair market value of

 were withheld as payment in lieu of cash to satisfy tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting of restricted stock. These shares were retired upon delivery.
