Related Party Transactions Related Party TransactionsIn May 2022, the Company and Syniverse Corporation (“Syniverse”), an equity method investee, entered into a wholesale agreement, pursuant to which Syniverse will process, route and deliver application-to-person messages originating and/or terminating between the Company’s customers and mobile network operators. For the three months ended March 31, 2023, the value of the transactions that occurred between the Company and Syniverse were $33.5 million. These transactions were recorded as cost of revenue in the accompanying condensed consolidated statement of operations.
