Related Party Transactions Related Party TransactionsIn May 2022, the Company and Syniverse Corporation (“Syniverse”), an equity method investee, entered into a wholesale agreement, pursuant to which Syniverse would process, route and deliver application-to-person messages originating and/or terminating between the Company’s customers and mobile network operators. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2023, the value of the transactions that occurred between the Company and Syniverse were $37.3 million and $70.3 million, respectively. The value of the transactions that occurred between the Company and Syniverse were $22.0 million for the period from the investment closing date in May 2022 through June 30, 2022. These transactions were recorded as cost of revenue in the accompanying condensed consolidated statement of operations.
