In May 2022, the Company and Syniverse Corporation (“Syniverse”), an equity method investee, entered into a wholesale agreement pursuant to which Syniverse would process, route and deliver application-to-person messages originating and/or terminating between the Company’s customers and mobile network operators. For the three months ended March 31, 2025 and 2024, the value of the transactions that occurred between the Company and Syniverse were $38.7 million and $34.0 million, respectively. These transactions were recorded as cost of revenue in the accompanying condensed consolidated statements of operations.
