Share Repurchase Share RepurchaseOn December 9, 2020, the Company's Board of Directors authorized a new five-year share repurchase plan to repurchase up to $1.0 billion of the Company's outstanding common stock. The prior plan was terminated in connection with this new authorization. During the nine month ended June 25, 2022, the Company repurchased 5.2 million shares of its common stock for total consideration of $367.0 million. There were no share repurchases in the third quarter of fiscal 2022. As of June 25, 2022, $324.7 million remained available under this authorization.
