Open Market Share Repurchase Program During the first quarter of 2015, the Company repurchased and retired 290,877 shares of common stock for a total of approximately $29.5 million. As of March 22, 2015, the Company had $103.2 million remaining for future share repurchases under its Board of Directors approved $200.0 million open market share repurchase program. Subsequent to the first quarter, and through April 16, 2015, the Company repurchased and retired an additional 177,695 shares of common stock for a total of approximately $18.0 million. During the first quarter of 2014, the Company repurchased and retired 221,481 shares of common stock for a total of approximately $15.1 million.
