Legal Matters	10. Legal Matters In 2013, the Company was named as a defendant in a lawsuit along with a large franchisee and the franchisee’s delivery driver. The jury delivered a $32.0 million judgment for the plaintiff where the Company was found to be 60% liable. The Company denied liability and filed an appeal of the verdict on a variety of grounds. In the first quarter of 2015, the appellate court reversed the trial court’s decision and dismissed the claims against the Company. The plaintiff’s right to request an appeal with the Texas Supreme Court has not yet expired. The Company continues to deny liability in this matter.
