Open Market Share Repurchase Program During the third quarter of 2015, the Company repurchased and retired 365,460 shares of common stock for approximately $40.9 million; during the three fiscal quarters of 2015, the Company repurchased and retired 1,293,924 shares of common stock for approximately $138.6 million. As of September 6, 2015, the Company had $159.4 million remaining for future share repurchases under its Board of Directors approved open market share repurchase program, which was reset at $200.0 million during the third quarter of 2015. During the third quarter of 2014, the Company repurchased and retired 242,700 shares of common stock for approximately $17.4 million; during the three fiscal quarters of 2014, the Company repurchased and retired 1,151,931 shares of common stock for approximately $82.4 million. These shares were repurchased under the Company’s open market share repurchase program.
