Dividends During the first quarter of 2019, on February 20, 2019 , the Company’s Board of Directors declared a $0.65 per share quarterly dividend on its outstanding common stock for shareholders of record as of March 15, 2019 which was paid on March 29, 2019 . The Company had approximately $27.2 million accrued for common stock dividends at March 24, 2019. Subsequent to the first quarter of 2019, on April 23, 2019 , the Company’s Board of Directors declared a $0.65 per share quarterly dividend on its outstanding common stock for shareholders of record as of June 14, 2019 to be paid on June 28, 2019 . During the first quarter of 2018, on February 14, 2018 , the Company’s Board of Directors declared a $0.55 per share quarterly dividend on its outstanding common stock for shareholders of record as of March 15, 2018 which was paid on March 30, 2018 .
