March 2006 through part of May of 2007 the Company accrued Mr. Haley’s
salary and have still not paid it, the accrued amounts are shown under All
Other Compensation as $120,000 and $51,000 for the years 2006 and 2007,
respectively.
Mr.
Norelid received $7,200 and 4,985 in health insurance reimbursement, for
the years 2008 and 2007, respectively.
Mr.
McGee received $12,000 and 9,692 as auto allowance for the years 2008 and
2007, respectively.
