RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	11. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company’s office is rented from a company affiliated with CD which is controlled by Carl DeSantis, a principal shareholder (see note 13). Currently, the lease expires on October 2020 with monthly rent of $9,727. The rental fee is commensurate with other properties available in the market. Other related party transactions are discussed in notes 8 and 9.
