SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 30, 2020, the Bonds Payable as reflected in Note 13, were paid-in-full and a release letter was obtained from the Bond Holders’ agent thereby releasing Func Food Group from any related liability or debt, as well as the release of the security interest pertaining to Func Food Group assets.
