RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	12. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company’s office is rented from a company affiliated with CD Financial, LLC which is controlled by one of our major stockholders. The current lease expires on January 2024 with monthly rent of $24,494.
