Our portion of these costs are passed through to us in the common area maintenance or CAM costs. For the periods covered by our 2022 Form 10-K, our CAM costs for our leased properties in the United States were approximately $107,000 for 2020, $108,000 for 2021 and $144,000 for 2022, and less than $300,000 in the aggregate per year for our leased properties globally.</font></div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font style="color:#000000;font-family:'Times New Roman',sans-serif;font-size:10pt;font-weight:400;line-height:112%">We will continue to assess the impacts of climate change, including weather-related damages, on our business and if they are considered reasonably likely to have a material effect on our business, financial condition or results of operations, we will disclose such consequences in future filings with the Commission as appropriate.</font></div><div style="height:72pt;position:relative;width:100%"><div style="bottom:0;position:absolute;width:100%"><div><font><br></font></div></div></div><hr style="page-break-after:always"><div style="min-height:72pt;width:100%"><div><font><br></font></div></div><div><font style="color:#000000;font-family:'Times New Roman',sans-serif;font-size:10pt;font-weight:400;line-height:112%">We hope that the foregoing has been responsive to the Staff&#8217;s comment.
